Where Every Child
Finds Their Voice

Kids Speak Therapy Clinic (KSTC) is the clinical arm of Towerkids — a dedicated paediatric therapy centre providing individualised, evidence-based intervention for children with communication disorders, developmental differences and special needs.

Founded in 2019 and now operating across three locations, KSTC brings together a multidisciplinary team of speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, play therapists and counsellors united by a single purpose: helping every child communicate, connect and thrive.

Our approach is always family-centred. We treat the whole child — not just the diagnosis — and equip families with the tools and confidence to continue the work at home.

KSTC does not wait for families to find us. Our mobile outreach team travels to schools, hospitals, estates and rural communities across Kenya — bringing expert therapy where it is needed most.

Our outreach programme has served thousands of children in underserved communities who would otherwise have no access to specialist paediatric care. We screen, assess and where possible provide on-site therapy, linking families with ongoing support back at our clinics.
