From your first enquiry to your child’s transformation — a transparent, family-centred 8-step journey designed entirely around your child’s unique needs.
Every child’s journey with Towerkids follows a rigorous, evidence-based process — but is always personalised to their unique needs, strengths and family context. No two plans are the same.
Your journey begins with a simple conversation. Call us, WhatsApp us, or complete our online enquiry form. Our team will listen to your concerns, explain what we offer, and guide you to the right next step — with no pressure and no jargon. We respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.
Before your child’s assessment, we gather a detailed developmental, medical and family history through a structured intake process — online or in person. We want to understand your child’s whole story, not just their presenting challenge.
Our multidisciplinary team conducts a thorough, standardised assessment using internationally validated tools — covering communication, cognition, sensory-motor function, social-emotional development and adaptive behaviour. Family observations are central throughout.
We hold a detailed feedback session with the family — explaining findings in plain language, answering every question, and presenting a clear diagnosis or developmental profile. We provide a written report suitable for schools, other providers and insurance or funding bodies.
Together with the family, we develop a bespoke Individualised Education Plan (IEP) and therapy programme — setting SMART goals, identifying the right interventions, and agreeing how progress will be measured. This is a collaborative document, not something done to you.
Intervention begins. Sessions are delivered by our specialist therapists — in clinic, at school, via teletherapy, or through our outreach programme. Each session includes a family coaching component: caregivers leave with strategies and confidence to reinforce progress at home.
We measure outcomes rigorously — reviewing progress against IEP goals at regular intervals, adjusting the therapy plan as needed, and celebrating every milestone. Six-monthly formal reviews involve the whole team and the family. We are accountable for results.
When a child is ready to move on — to a new school, mainstream education, further therapy, or independence — we support a smooth, planned transition. We provide transition reports, school liaison, and family guidance to ensure every gain made here is sustained and built upon.
Three convictions that shape how we work with every child and every family.
Every assessment tool, therapy approach and outcome measure we use is grounded in peer-reviewed research and internationally validated practice. We do not guess — we know what works.
Families are not passive recipients of our services — they are equal partners in every decision. We work hard to build relationships of genuine trust, mutual respect and shared accountability.
We follow the child’s lead. Their interests, strengths, preferences and pace guide our clinical decisions. Therapy should feel like something done with a child, never to them.
The first step is just a phone call. Our friendly team is waiting to hear from you.
